Ariana has spent over three decades healing her body, mind and spirit from the effects of complex trauma stemming from her complicated and confusing childhood. After years of making slow but steady progress working with various therapies and healing modalities, she found her major breakthrough when she combined EMDR therapy with her other growth work. This life-changing event clarified the true meaning of trauma healing and inspired Ariana to step into guiding and supporting others to heal from the effects of trauma & stop feeling like a mess.

Ariana has supported dozens of people on their healing journey and is a Certified Trauma Support Specialist. She is also pursing her certification as a NH-certified Intentional Peer Support specialist.
